Date Cancellation

Unfortunately, due to Adrian's illness we were forced to cancel today's session.
Next term is June, 22nd. I hope will be able to play in full company.
Although I'm little disappointed, certainly I can live with moving session to next week. After all, it's just the game.

On the other hand, I must admit I'm very glad we managed to get together and start the show. What surprises me most is that I'm so glad with choosing Forgotten Realms setting. In my past I held it very low and treated as "not logical, magical overpowered, childish world". Now I think of it as a high fantasy, adventure oriented setting. All for fun, being heroes and having good time, not recreating reality. Isn't it, what RPG was made for?

Notable Enemies

Druj - an ogre, who was defeated in combat and almost hanged but spared and now lives as mill supervisor near Stepplefalls.
Gamogg - an young black dragon that was trying to master one part of demon's soul in the end was possessed. Under his guise Maggog created an army of gnolls and sent it to conquer Gor-Goro, but eventually was defeated and slain by heroes.
Jarl Haken - betrayed and torured by newly married wife, queen Cedrica, he returned from the swamp grave to haunt village of Kornach. Put to the rest, he tratorusly attacked village, burned houses and slain many inhabbitants but was finaly defeated and slain. His spear, Oak's Shaft, is now in posession of heroes.
Maggog - demon summoned by inhabbitabts of decying, degenrating city in the jungle, who was seen as last hope of restoring it and them to former glory. It turned out his essence was divided and spread through whole flying island Goro-Goro.
Reuven the Rhennee - sole survivor of lynch mob, who returned many years later to wreck havock and vengeance. He was defeated by Ren and Connal and later hanged to death by helmite judge Aristoi.
Sister superior of Monastery of the Healing Dove - former piestess of Ilmater, turned to Loviatar worshipper, she was seed of evil radiating on whole area and captured, tortured Carlin who in the process lost his memory.

Major NPC's

Andala - Connal's sister, apparently showing rouge's prowess and sage knowledge.
Avelon - priestess of Waukeen suspiced of being follower of Shar. Nice and pretty girl, she was found in Ancient and Forgotten City, hiding there and avoiding demon. She became guide for heroes and later joined them in quest. She does not remember how did she get on island, neighter knows of her goddess disappearance.
Brother Patrick - ex-helmite monk, interested in arcane who set out to live away from harsh discipline with his wife. Unfortunately first she disappeared and later he, when conducting search.
Carlin the Grey - human, male, wizard, level 7; formerly played by Slawek. His mind was shattered during course of adventures.
Cetus - human, male, wizard, level 10, played by Paweł
Czakri - girl from Appleshade, as much beautiful and as mysterious.
Khan - also known as Old Man from the Attick, he is Czakri's grandfather. He was adventurer and thrill seeker but now is crippled old man whose hands were twisted upside down by mysterious curse.
Kyril - Mercenary wizard, who was protecting a Zhentarim expedition but switched side and aligned himslef with heroes.
Nyan - very ancient elven vampiress, currently freed of her inhuman appetites and ruling halfling's town of Tobo.
Rainer of Mystra - priest of Mystra, recued from ithilid's slavery in caves under Goro-Goro.
Xandos Skullhammer - human, male, fighter, level 10; played by Terentz

Places

Ancient and Forgotten City - marvellous and terryfying city lost in the jungle of Goro-Goro, it was home for race of human alchemists whi invented iryllium and later fell prey to black lotus and demon-king Maggog. (Goro-Goro)
Appleshade - a small town, home of PC's. An exemplary place of goodness, fairness and prosperity with little adventurous spice. (Averwest)
Averwest - a home Island, lying on the rout to Maztica, under influence of amnish traders. It is situated west of Sword Cast and south of Moonshae Isles.
Cloister of Healing Dove - burned monastry, former site of Ilmater's order, turned to Loviatar secret Cult. Seed of evil, emanating on whole surroundings. (Averwest)
Goro Goro - a mysterious flying island of epic diameter, full with savannah, jungle, great lakes and waterfalls, not to mention lost and forbidden cities.
Hieronim's Groove - called after the name of druid, that protected small wood, who was an old man in times of PC's parents youth. He is believed to be dead and some say he never existed. Wood is quite thick, long for about twelve kilometres and wide for about six. Inside it one can find plenty of game, herbs, mushrooms and berries. Although hunting is not forbidden, people generally fear Druid's wrath, but from time to time one brave (or ruthless and greedy) hunter sets snares. Trees are old and bush thick, giving protection against sun or rain. (Averwest)
Ice Crystals Lake - Unusual lake in the shadow of lone Green Mountain. It is fed by underground source, which waters flow through lake and wound it's way to River Tam. Lake is known for strange crystals of ice hidden in colder folds of water. Sometimes little crystals emerge from depths and are gathered by locals who use them to enhance brews. (Averwest)
Kuldahar - village in the shaodow f giant oak tree, rooted into slopes of world Spine Mouintains. It is safe heaven from unforgiving cold, ice and snow, tranquil place and forrest home to many people.
Lakhel - an quiet town, lying in shadow of tragedy, that befell on Closter of Healing Dove. It's inhabitants try to live as usual, but fear and sorrow is present in their lives.
Netheril - an ancient empire of human arcanists, where cities fly in the air, epic battles are fought and hubris is a virtue.
Steeplefall - a small town on the banks of Ice Crystals Lake, home of the Night of Straw Men festival. (Averwest)
The Green Shadow - a parallel plane of existence, being a shadow of Toril, where elves, fae and creatures of nature rule. While civilization is weak, laws of legend and fairytales, honor, customs take precedence. It is a place of thick verdant forestes, mighty waterfalls, sky reaching mountains and majestic yet savage beauty.
Tobo - halfling city hidden behind wall of thorns and protected by moonstone. It was saved from doom by invading gnolls army. (Goro-Goro)
Torak - pityfull, dirty and smeally town, full of drunk peasants, ugly wives and dirty children. It's inhabittants live by digging choal. (Averwest)
Tristor - small city, where strange animal slaughtering had place, home of Chapel of Helm and station Roadwatch. (Averwest)
Ulsen's Rocks - are called after band of brigands, who made there thier den. They terrorized local hamlets and preyed upon travelling merchants for a long time, but eventually were put to death by soldiers. although many years have passed, name stuck and now only a few people know, why Ulsen's Rock are so called. (Averwest)
